Whether it is rapping over Ja Rule's Livin It Up or 50 Cent's I Get Money, he shows a good command and mic presence. And as a producer, 5th does the damn thing as well. Crafting a dramatic beat for his Legends track featuring verses from 2pac and Biggie Smalls. This mixtape definitely shows that Tha 5th Element will be a force to reckoned with on the Vegas scene and in hip hop.
